Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jolix Solutions("Jolix Solutions", "we", "us") and the digital products, prompt packs and subscription library made available at jolixsolutions.me (the "Service"). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Jolix Solutions sells digital goods — curated collections of AI prompts ("Prompt Packs") available as one-time purchases, and subscription access to our prompt library ("Subscriptions"). Products are delivered electronically, by email, to the address provided at checkout.

2. Payments and Merchant of Record

Orders and payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, invoicing and the collection and remittance of applicable sales taxes/VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Prices are displayed in your local currency where possible and taxes are added or included as required by law.

3. Subscriptions and cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (weekly or monthly, as selected) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the management link in your receipt/welcome email or by contacting [email protected]. On cancellation you retain access until the end of the current paid period; access is then revoked. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. License to use the prompts

Subject to full payment, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompts you purchase — including for commercial projects and client work. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish the prompt collections themselves, or represent them as your own product for resale.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, or to share your private delivery/access links publicly. Access links are personal to your order or subscription. We may suspend access for abuse or non-payment.

6. Digital delivery and no guarantee of results

The prompts are provided "as is". Outputs from third-party AI tools depend on those tools and your inputs; we do not guarantee specific results. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Midjourney or any AI provider.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jolix Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
